Choose your text and write your advertisement carefully, the words you use will be the text of your advertisement. Use all the words you need, but remove any unnecessary words. We recommended writing the advertisement on paper or in a word processor first, use the spell-checker, making any necessary changes before submitting. If you wish to be contacted by phone please include this within your text. Text cannot be modified once submitted.

You must include an email address. First contact from the buyer will be by email. (If a property agent is selling your home then include their name and phone number instead.) If you do not have an email address or do not wish to use your current email address then it is quick, free and simple to set up a new address with one of the many free email providers. (Try hotmail, yahoo mail, talk21.com, to name but a few of the hundreds of free email providers.)
